If ordering trim vs. non-trim bracelets - bracelets with a trim must have a slightly smaller text (because of the trim) and the non-trim bracelets must have a slightly larger text otherwise the text looks too small on the bracelet. If you are ordering both trim / non-trim bracelets and would like the text to match in size, please let us know. We would be happy to accomodate.

Better than what I could ever imagine!! I wasn't sure how to put in the section I wanted a smiley face for the letter "o" or that I wanted a lightening bolt ( in sparkly gold! ) in the middle so I messaged Ashleigh on Instagram and she was so sweet and the communication was so quick! She sent me photos of a mock up before she made it and everything was absolute perfection!
